Dips and Dawgs Deli calls Broadway, North Carolina home.  We're located on Main Street, right in the heart of Broadway, in what was the old scalehouse for the mill. We have covered seating outside as well as a cozy indoor dining area. so come by and grab a quick, tasty snack, meal, or sweet treat. or bring the whole gang and stay for hours!

Dips and Dawgs is owned and operated by Melissa Smith (and family) of Broadway.  A passion for personalized service that feels more like catching up with an old friend rather than an impersonal fast food stop is what we strive for.  We want to get to know you by name as well as how you like your hotdog topped or what your favorite ice cream flavor is.   

Starting out as an investment property, Tim and Tara Howardbut after falling in love with Broadway's small-town charm  decided to turn the old barbershop building/former scalehouse of the feed mill into an ice cream and hot dog shop. Beautifully renovated by original owners, Tim and Tara Howard in late 2021, the goal at Dips & Dawgs is to provide locals or anyone passing through a step back in time to when things were simpler and sweeter.
